This stunning very well-appointed 2-bedroom 2-bathroom beachside apartment consists of a light, sunny lounge dining area with south-facing uninterrupted sea views of the Mediterranean. TV, CD/DVD player. The large sun terrace is perfect for sun bathing and alfresco dining over-looking the sea. There are two double bedrooms, also south-facing, both with sea views and direct access to the sun terrace. The spacious master bedroom has a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom and a sitting area with large table & chair. The guest bedroom has two single beds and there is a second bathroom with walk-in shower opposite the guest bedroom. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your holiday: dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric hob & oven, microwave, kettle, etc. Washing machine.
The beachside apartment is ideally situated in a quiet complex on the outskirts of the town and within walking distance along the sea shore of the bustling port/marina of Estepona with bars, tapas bars and restaurants, and the excellent Sunday market. It is within an hour's drive of Malaga Airport and half an hour from Gibraltar.
With so many activities, golf courses and excellent facilities nearby, this apartment is perfect for a beach holiday, for family or friends.

Minimum booking period is 5 days, but in JULY & AUGUST and DURING SCHOOL HOLIDAYS, the minimum period is 7 days, unless by special arrangement you are taking up a few vacant days between bookings. Changeover days are flexible, but in school holidays Sat or Sunday is preferred.
For flight booking purposes, the apartment is available from 15:00 hrs (3pm) on the day of arrival and it must be vacated by 11:00 hrs (11am) on the day of departure.
A non-refundable 20% deposit (or €150 if 20% is less than this) will reserve your dates but please check availability with us BEFORE booking flights. The full rental becomes due 2 calendar months before your arrival date. The 20% deposit (or the €150) paid earlier then becomes a security bond against damage/breakages which will be returned either on departure or within two weeks of your departure from the apartment, assuming no damage/breakages.

Estepona marina with its many restaurants, bars & shops is only a 15-minute walk along the beach or 5-minute drive. Nearby Selwo Safari Park is great fun for the kids. Site-seeing in many of the mountain pueblos (white-painted villages) nearby. Marbella and Puerto Banus are only 30 minutes to the east and Gibraltar 30 minutes west. Also kite surfing on the fabulous world-famous Tarifa beach, within a one-hour drive west. Roman ruins just beyond at Bolonia, well worth a visit. The stunning Ronda gorge or Malaga 1 hour, Granada or Jerez 2 hours, Seville 3 hours, and Morocco - the hotel nearby organises day trips which are well worth doing if this is your first trip there as you'll see far more than you would if you didn't go with a guide. (They also do a Ronda trip, up by train and back by coach, as well as other destinations).

Excellent apartment with everything you need
This apartment is perfectly situated with stunning views over the sea, and you are not overlooked by anyone.
It´s very well equipped, and you will find things you don´t usually when you stay in a holiday apartment. It´s nearly like home in the kitchen with everything you can ask for.
I can highly recommend this property to anyone who wants a comfortable vacation.
Don´t miss going to Gibraltar, but buy a taxidrive around the mountain instead of driving up there yourselves. Buying taxfree is a good idea when you're there.
Wonderful apartment
We stayed for a week at this great apartment. We chose it from the website and it really stood out as being the best on offer. Barbara was very helpful and sent us loads of useful information.
On arrival our expectations were exceeded - the complex is well kept, quiet and immaculate gardens. The apartment itself was clean and well equipped with a fabulous, large terrace with expansive views of the pool, gardens, beach, sea and Gibraltar. We ate every meal on the terrace, people watching by day and star gazing at night.
The pool in the complex was large and virtually people free for the majority of our stay.
We were just a couple, but the apartment would also be ideal for a family - with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen has all you need and the living room has all the home comforts - I could even listen to the Archers!
Estepona itself has plenty of bars and restaurants but to be honest, once we had arrived at the apartment we did not feel the need to go out much. We booked it with the idea of relaxation and that is exactly what we got. Supermarkets and a fantastic fish shop are within easy reach.
I would not hesitate in recommending this apartment to anyone.
Great apartment on the beach
Our expectations of the apartment were exceeded from the beginning. The location is perfect. One would like to spend the whole day on the spacious terrace while enjoying the view of the sea and the coast (with uninterrupted views to all sides). A sea view even from each bed! The apartment is about 30 meters from the beach which was not crowded in October 2010. The holiday complex with pool and lawn is great. It is only the sound of the sea and one hears many birds, but no cars or other noise. The price for the apartment is completely appropriate. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired, the apartment is clean and lovely. There is much information, books in various languages, binoculars, plasters, sun cream, sun beds.... It is simply all there. The owner thinks of everything. The contact for the booking in English was easy, quick and very pleasant. Even before the holiday, we got a lot of information and ideas for our vacation that we will recall as one of the most memorable. A car is recommended for trips to Gibraltar, Tarifa, Marbella, etc. but if you only want a beach holiday, it is not essential. Go shopping on foot! This holiday home is wholly recommended from the first moment on, and for everyone.

A well equipped apartment and a very delightful view from the terrace.
The climate was fantastic, except the first three days, very very cold!!
But, anyway, our vacation was really very superb due, too, to the fantastic weather.

We have visited Malaga and Casares and have played golf in Estepona Golf Club. We found the restaurant El Pescador, on Paseo Maritimo, and we can say that
it is a very good fish restaurant.
We have spent, really, a very fun holiday. Hope to come back here again the next year, but, please, try to provide internet connection! ;-(
