This beautiful high specification garden apartment has been furnished and fitted out to a very high standard situated in the brand new Albayt Resort, Country Club and Spa Complex surrounded by lush beautifully maintained tropical gardens with 9 swimming pools (one indoor heated) with a split-level pool & Restaurant/Bar right beside the apartment. The Country Club and Resort facilities are the "Jewel in the Crown" of the development which offers a range of services including a state of the art Spa, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts, Restaurant with al fresco dining area/terrace overlooking the Golf Course, full bar, Library, Reading Room, Golf Academy, pro Golf Shop, Reception desk and a fully equipped Gym. An extensive range of aerobics classes and beauty therapy treatments are also provided.
This lovely five star resort is found between the charming old town of Estepona and the beautiful Puerto de La Duquesa, both only about five minutes away by car. Estepona is one of the most westerly towns of the Costa del Sol and one of the most important tourist towns. It is situated right on the coast between Marbella and Manilva. It has excellent facilities from restaurants and bars to fantastic beaches. The area is laden with activities to keep visitors busy and the area around is bursting with many fascinating sites and places to see. Within Estepona guests can find a traditional old style Andalusian Pueblo, though there is also the beautiful whitewashed village of Caseras just a fifteen minute drive away.
There are several attractions close by to interest the whole family including the Selwo Safari Park in Estepona, with its animals roaming semi-wild, providing a great day out as is the Zoo in Fuengirola. There are also two Water Parks close by, one is in Mijas Costa and the other in Torremolinos. Also providing a great day out is a visit to Gibraltar where guests can take a tour of "The Rock" and have close contact with the Apes. And for the more adventurous, they can take a day trip to Morocco on the fast Ferry from Algercias. Also in the area are several beautiful villages, towns and cities including Casares, Ronda, Mijas, Selville and Granada to name but a few. Just don not forget to bring your passport. Also nearby is the ancient town of Ronda with its breathtaking views as well as the Cosmopolitan Marbella which is great for shopping and the dazzling Puerto Banus that is great for people watching both within only fifteen to twenty minutes away. While the lively resorts of Fuengirola and Torrelmolinos are within easy reach by car, bus or taxi. Malaga airport on the other hand is only a fifty minute drive.
This area of Costa del Sol is also known as the Costa del Golf with good reason. There are at least forty courses along the coastline where the closest to the Apartment are Estepona and Duquesa both within a five minute drive and reasonably priced. The famous Valderrama course is only fifteen minutes away as is San Roque, Marbella, Atalaya, El Paraiso and Sontogrande. A Handicap Certificate is required by most Golf Clubs.
But if guests prefer to stay close to the Country Club then they can indulge in the indoor heated swimming pool, Turkish bath, sauna and various treatment showers with hot and cold jets and essential oils. Hydraulic beds for massage, Jacuzzi, massage rooms and all the usual beauty treatments being provided. Also within the complex just outside the club house is another pool, a three hole practice golf facility with putting area and a covered driving range available to all guests and a paddle tennis courts adjacent to the club house.
While if guests prefer to swim in the sea there are the beautiful beaches of Estepona, Duquesa, Sotogrande, Puerto Banus and Marbella only a few minutes away by car. There is also a natural beach opposite the entrance to the Costa Galera development about 250 meters from the apartment which is accessible on foot by crossing the N340 roadway.
There is certainly something for everyone in this modern holiday destination. This is a town that maintains its rustic charm whilst still providing a holiday haven. Estepona is definitely an exceptional and unique place.

Net rate per apartment per day (per week) based on accommodation only for up to 4 Adults and 1 infants (sleeping in a cot). A small extra charge of £15/day for bedlinen, towels and a fold-away bed applies for a fifth person staying.

Minimum stay required: High season: 1 Week. Mid & Low season: 5 nights
Cleaning Service Included: The apartment is thoroughly cleaned before your arrival and immediately after your departure. Additional cleaning if required is charged at 15 Euro/hr.
Laundry service (towels and bedlinen) every 7 days based on 4 guests and 1 infant, is included (A small extra charge of £15/day for bedlinen and towels applies for a fifth person if the fold-up bed is required).
Extra Cot: £2,00 per night
Standard Booking Conditions:
A deposit of 25% (non-refundable) of the total rental amount is required in order for a booking to be confirmed. Payment of the booking deposit constitutes acceptance of these booking terms.
The balance, plus a refundable security/breakages deposit of 150 GBP, is due 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday.
For bookings made less than 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday, payment of the full amount is required at time of reservation.
Safety: The property has a a number of private pools, childrens play areas, tennis courts, a driving range and a 3 hole practice golf course.
Due care must be exercised when using these facilities. The owners and their agents cannot accept responsibility for any mishaps whatsoever and howsoever caused as a result of use of the pools, other facilities and the surrounding area.
Amendments to Booking:. If you decide to change the details of the booking at a later date we will do our very best to make the changes requested.

All prices quoted are for the Apartment per week and include all taxes, bedlinen, towels, electricity and water.
All of the facilities of the Country Club, many of which are free, are available to guests for the duration of their stay. Optional Temporary Membership is also available. This entitles you to discounts on the use of many of the chargeable services and facilities available in the Country Club, such as the Spa and Treatment Areas.
Bookings of 3 to 4 weeks qualify for a 10% discount.
Very attractive long stay discounts (one month or more) 15 to 20%, are also available.

Payment can be made in several ways as follows:
1. On-line by credit or debit card through the secure PayPal on-line payment service. Payments made by this method attract a PayPal fee of 3.9% of the total amount paid. Please note that you do not have to sign up to PayPal to use this service.
2. By international bank transfer using IBAN and SWIFT (BIC) codes which will be provided. Your bank may charge a fee for this service.
3. By cheque through the postal service.

You can Fly directly to Malaga or Gibraltar Airports. These Airports are served by Ryanair, Easyjet, BA, Monarch,Globespan, BMIbaby, Flybe from a variety of UK, Irish and other European airports.
Malaga airport is only a 50 minute drive from the Apartment on excellent roads, the Autopista (AP7) and the N340 Coast road .
Gibraltar Airport is a 30 minute drive once cleared through Spanish Customs.
Flying to Jerez from Stansted with Ryanair can at times be very inexpensive although it does mean a longer drive to the apartment (about 90 minutes).
