Enterprise holiday house has three bedrooms comfortably sleep eight people. This luxurious property is located on the south coast of the island.
This luxurious property is located on the south coast of the island. It is set in tropical landscape gardens in a private road. The house is spacious and very tastefully decorated. The comfort of guests is a priority. Upstairs consists of two air-conditioned bedrooms (the master with a Queen-size four poster bed, en-suite and dressing room). The second bedroom also has an en-suite with twin beds, which can be joined to form a king-size bed. The third bedroom is downstairs which is suitable for the elderly or infirm. Downstairs the living, dining and kitchen areas benefit from ceiling fans as does the patio. Ideal if you want to have evening drinks watching the sun go down. In the living area there are two large sofas one of which is a sofa bed. The dining area has a large dining table which seats six people. The kitchen is fully fitted with a range cooker and a breakfast bar which also seats six people. It is a two minute walk to Cottonbay beach, and seven minutes to Enterprise.

A 25% deposit is required to confirm booking. The balance is payable 3 weeks before departure. The preferred methods of payments are by Cheque, PayPal or Money Transfer.
The following cancellation policy applies to all reservations cancelled by Client before arrival.
Cancellation 46 - 60 days is 25% of rental.
Cancellation 45 days or less is 80% of rental.
Early departures will not be refunded.
A Refundable deposit of BBD 200 or 100 USD is required on arrival payable in cash.

The outside patio consists of 2 large Garden benches, a drinks trolleys for those evening cocktails, a side table and a ceiling fan to keep you cool. The kitchen has a breakfast bar which is able to seat 6 people. There are 2 large sofas in the living area. One of which is a sofa bed. This enables the house to sleep 8 people. The washing machine is situated in the Garage. There is a large cooler that can be taken to the beach, keeping those drinks cool while you swim. A Cot and a Highchair are available on request at no extra cost. Airport pick up can be arranged at extra cost. This is to be paid locally. Car Hire can be arranged at extra cost.
