Villa Tesa has been carefully developed over the past few years. It is a fully furnished villa perfectly located in the only gated development in El Gouna. You are within easy walking distance of many restaurants and shops, but away from road noise.

The villa boasts the largest landscaped garden in the area, carefully looked after by our local gardeners. It contains all the outdoor furniture needed to fully relax, with hammocks, outdoor seating area, and a brand new large gas BBQ. The large rectangular, 50ft by 27ft, private freshwater pool can be heated to your desired temperature at your request, prior to your arrival. A major advantage from November until April.

The stunning and sophisticated Abu Tig Marina is a short walk away where you can spend warm nights eating at one of the many beautiful restaurants, sipping cocktails at the waterside, or perusing the genuine designer clothing and jewellery stores. Downtown is also a short distance on foot, where you will find a lively, authentic Egyptian atmosphere, friendly bars, shops, and wide variety of cuisines to suit all tastes.

For the more active holidaymaker, El Gouna provides the opportunity for snorkelling, diving (there are at least six dive schools in El Gouna), kite surfing, horse riding, go-karting, tennis, paint balling, quad biking, lagoon trips, and trips to lively Hurghada, Luxor and Cairo further afield. The nearest golf course is 10 minutes away.

For those looking for pure relaxation , the private garden and pool provide the ideal spot to unwind and worship the sun, whilst El Gouna itself has several sandy beaches, and you may access the health and beauty facilities at the resorts nearby five star hotels for about £5 per day.

The resort is well serviced by a regular bus service and the Tok Tok's which are the fun local transport and cost 50p per person for a trip anywhere in the resort. There are six supermarkets and a new butcher all within a short walk from the Villa.

The villa has three large double bedrooms with the ground floor rooms having direct access to the pool area through concertina doors. The living areas are open plan and the villa has Egyptian domed ceilings and marble floors. The beds all have summer and winter blankets and throws. In addition to the three double bedrooms, there is a double sofa bed in the lounge for additional guests. For your added security, smoke alarms are installed in the hallways.

El Gouna is located on Egypt's Red Sea Riverea. The destination offers you no rain and all year round sunshine with temperatures from 23 to 35 centigrade. The area is well situated for easy access to some of Egypt's Ancient sites such as Luxor and the Valley of the Kings and the Karnak temple, Cairo to see the Great Pyramids and King Tuts Museum, and Aswan and the Nile cruise. The villa is perfectly located to take advantage of all El Gouna had to offer and is within walking distance of the best restaurants and Marinas.

El Gouna is described as the Venice of Egypt due to the interlocking lagoons. It has 10 kilometres of beachfront. Each neighbourhood in El Gouna has a different array of apartments and villas, all designed by world famous award winning architects. They have created a town with an eclectic and sophisticated international flavour.

There is a wide range of services available for children. The activities can involve the whole family or just leave the children to have fun under professional supervision at the likes of the Skate Park. The museum and aquarium focus on the local sites and history of El Gouna now celebrating 20 years of one man's careful planning.

El Gouna has many sports and leisure activities to suit all ages. For the more adventurous try go-karts or even mini golf. All forms of water sports can be tried at many locations all within easy reach. With its many dive centres, the town has arguably the best dive sites in the world, all within easy access. Those not diving yet, try snorkeling off Zeytuna Beach, the abundance of fish is amazing. A USPGA golf course is locally situated with very reasonable rates all year round. Horse and camel riding is available right outside South Marina, enjoy a ride through the surf it is unforgettable.

Remaining balance to be paid 8 weeks before departure. (Non Refundable thereafter).

£200 breakages deposit to be refunded after 7 days of your departure from El Gouna, subject to satisfactory property inspection.

The property's weekend rates apply to: Saturday and Sunday nights.

Airport, mini bus, transfer can be arranged approximately £12 per person return.

Payment by bank transfer or through Pay Pal with credit or debit card is accepted. Payment can also be made locally if requested in any currency.
