South Marina is a peaceful walled village with cobbled palm lined streets, located just a five minute stroll from the main areas of the exclusive resort of El Gouna. The stunning Abu Tig Marina, several beaches and downtown are all within easy reach by foot.
The accommodation is fully air conditioned & is set out over three floors - the 3rd floor being a private (shaded)roof terrace providing wonderful views of the surrounding countryside. The town house is modern, light and airy with marble floors throughout. Open plan living with fully fitted kitchen, eating and lounge areas give access to French doors that lead onto ground floor terrace & into the tranquil landscaped gardens & pool area. On the ground floor there is one twin bedroom with en suite bathroom. Upstairs there are two further double bedrooms & bathroom. One has a beautiful traditional "Nubian domed ceiling", whilst the other has access to an additional terraced area with seating and views over the pool.
