Hopetoun is an outstanding apartment located in a restored Georgian terrace with its own crescent park and with underground car parking space available, it has easy access to all the public transport links you'll need and is only 10 minutes walk from Princes Street.
The apartment is located over first and second floors of the building. On the first floor, you'll find the main living room, dining area and well-equipped kitchen area. There is also a fantastic modern walk-in shower-room. If required, there is a double sofa bed available.
Upstairs, you'll find the bedroom accommodation. Bedroom one is a double room, with an en-suite shower-room. Bedroom two is a twin room and bedroom three is a single.
This is the ideal base for festival enthusiasts or for those looking to explore all that Scotland's capital has to offer. The shopping is outstanding, and endless restaurants, cinemas and theatres are within walking distance.
With the world famous Edinburgh festival on throughout August and early September, Edinburgh is Scotland's cultural and political capital - visit the castle, the renowned tattoo and the new Scottish Parliament. The Shopping is excellent and centred around world-famous Princes Street, which is overlooked by the castle and is just 10 minutes walk from the apartment.
The climate is guaranteed to be dry and sunny (!) but is genuinely slightly drier than the rest of Scotland. Whatever the weather, Edinburgh has something for everyone.
The New Town area is "new" for Edinburgh - being "only" 400 years old, rather than 600 years old in the Old Town. Its an ideal base in the city, and combines shopping from boutiques and art galleries to major department stores. The nightlife is varied and extensive, but majors on cultural, with the Playhouse theatre only a short walk away from Hopetoun apartment.
The apartment is less than 200 yards from a good supermarket, and the same distance from a good range of bars, restaurants and cafes. A two minute walk will take you to a bus stop that will take you to all parts of Edinburgh, as well as the nearby Ocean Terminal shopping centre (mall) overlooking the Leith docks and Firth of Forth.

A deposit of 50% is due on booking, The balance is due at least 2 weeks before arrival.
Cancellation Policy: more than three months in advance - no charge, less £25 processing charge; more than one month in advance - half of deposit; less than one month - no refund.
Secure underground car-parking is available at £4 per night/£28 per week.
