Welcome to Winton Cottage, a former Lairds House - definitely too grand for a cottage! It is situated in the beautiful countryside of East Lothian. The house is very spacious and comfortable. Sleeping 10 - 12 people in 5 luxurious bedrooms all individually designed with their own bathrooms. There is a beautiful big dining room with French windows onto a large sunny terrace and barbeque area as well as a Summer house and sandpit in the large south facing garden.

Winton Cottage is a great location for families, golf groups or those wishing a relaxing holiday with all the comforts of a 5 bedroom property. We can arrange catering and housekeeping if required.

Winton is a wonderfully varied and beautiful estate of over 2,000 acres of rolling East Lothian countryside and forests. This provides marvellous opportunities for our range of Winton Activities, carefully developed to create memorable experiences that are that little bit different.

Whether an event is for corporate team-building, networking, or to thank clients or colleagues, we can customise our activities to suit your requirements. We provide a wide range of entertaining and challenging activities from clay pigeon shooting and falconry, to our very own Winton Highland Games (an East Lothian take on the highland games), wine and champagne tasting and whisky tasting.

We have specialists who provide top quality instruction while catering for all abilities.
