The Commonwealth swimming pool is within walking distance as is the Royal Museum of Scotland, Kings Theatre, Usher Hall, Festival Theatre and the Meadows and Holyrood where beautiful walks are available. There is a regular bus service to surrounding areas and the nearest train station is a 5 minute taxi ride away. This is a fantastic base to enjoy Edinburgh Festival and the excitement of Edinburgh City. The apartment is on the second floor of a traditional, impressive sandstone block and finished to a high standard. There are 3 double bedrooms, two with king size beds and one with a double, a fully fitted kitchen with integrated appliances, a bathroom with an oval bath and shower over and a separate WC. Sorry no smoking.
