Edinburgh Castle and other principal historical attractions are located within a short walk from the flat. The neighbouring Grassmarket area boasts the existence of Edinburgh's oldest eating and drinking establishments. The Lyceum, Traverse and Kings Theatres are situated within a few minutes walk.

Princes Street, with its extensive shopping facilities is reached by a five minute walk through the nearby beautiful Princes Street Gardens. A multi-storey car park, providing long and short stay parking facilities, is located within a few hundred yards. Short stay on-street parking is available outside the front door.

About The Accommodation:

Very central old town 1 bed apartment, discreetly located on the third floor (sorry no elevator).

Quiet rear facing, and recently refurbished. Brand new fully integrated designer kitchen installed with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dryer, and a dining table with seating.

The apartment has also had a new bathroom suite installed with a bath, electric shower and heated towel rail. Laminate flooring has been laid throughout the apartment. In the lounge there is a leather sofa bed, two seperate chairs and a television with satellite. The double bedroom has a built in wardrobe and two bedside cabinets for storage. Heating in the apartment is available.
