There is lift access to the apartment from the car park.

As well as the world famous castle seasonal attractions include the Edinburgh international festival and fringe (the biggest arts festival in the world) held every August. Also, Edinburgh’s Hogmany is definitely not to be missed with many street events and concerts before and after the new year. The apartment is situated less than 600m from Edinburgh’s Playhouse Theatre in the Bellevue district of Edinburgh, a central but quite residential area, adjoining the architecturally elegant Georgian buildings of Edinburgh’s “New Town”. In addition to a host of high street shop names Edinburgh’s flagships shops Jenners and Harvey Nicols are close by, the return journey being a short 10 min downhill walk to the apartment. * A deposit of 25% of the booking cost is payable at the time of the booking.
The balance will be due 6 weeks before arrival.
* Payment can be made by:-
Cheque, Bank Transfer, International Bank Transfer (CHAPS: Your own bank may charge for this service) or by ‘PAYPAL’ email request (email account required - PAYPAL charge 3% for this service).
* Refundable Deposits: please be aware deposits are required at the time of arrival of £150 for “good house keeping” and £50 if free parking access was required. Both will be refunded if, as a result of 'good housekeeping' we did not encounter excessive breakages, damage or cleaning, and, parking permit and fob are left in the apartment at the time of departure.
* Reminder: The apartment is designated as non smoking and we regret we are unable to accepts pets.
* Cancellation
If you cancel:-
Up to 6 weeks prior to arrival. We will refund 50% of deposit and 100% of any balance paid minus any transfer charges incurred.
Up to 4 weeks prior to arrival. We will refund 0% of deposit and 50% of the balance paid minus any transfer charges incurred.
* After 4 weeks prior to arrival. We will endeavour to refund return up to 50% of the balance paid, minus any transfer charges incurred. However, our ability to return any money would depend on whether we are able to re-let the apartment.
* We strongly recommend that you should ensure your travel insurance provides adequate cover in the event of a cancellation.
* The apartment is located within a quiet residential apartment block and we would ask all our guests to respect our neighbours, their privacy and right not to be disturbed by excessive noise or aggressive behaviour.
