This fully-furnished stone built farmhouse and barn are with furnished with fittings to a 5 star gold award rating by visit England. Providing perfect access to the busy parts of Cumbria while enjoying this quiet farming community Bretherdale has the best of both worlds.

It comfortably accommodates eighteen people in its nine bedrooms, The house offers 4 bedrooms with two bathrooms, sitting room, dining and garden room. While the Barn has 5 bedrooms all with ensuite facilities and a sperate chillout bathroom.

There are two seperate sitting out areas with fantastic overlooking views of the valley complete with a barbecue for that perfect al fresco dining experience.

Bretherdale Hall and Barn offer facilities for a complete luxury living, including a sauna, steam rooms with shower and changing room, games room complete with a pool table, electronic games including Wii and xBox, flat screen television, DVD, cinema surround system, a full size table tennis table and four mountain bikes for guests to use.

Bith the house and the barn offer uninterupted views of Bretherdale valley which is set in working farmland offering its seasonal secrets and provides lovely walks from the door into this unspoilt Cumbrian valley and the surrounding fells. Returning from a day of activities relax in the spa or just chill out in the comfortable sitting rooms of the house or barn.

The house and barn have been designed to enable single large groups to ability to share this fantastic position in Cumbria or be rented seperately an enjoy there own private spaces.
