The flat is entirely self catering and it comes complete with a secure underground parking space for one car. There are two bathrooms - one en-suite which is actually a shower room. The main feature of this apartment is the balcony giving you extensive harbour and sea views as far away as Pevensey, Bexhill and Hastings. The aspect is East and South East which means the morning sun is enjoyed on the balcony until about 12.30pm each day. From the second bedroom window the view is Westerly across the town of Eastbourne towards the South Downs meaning that you can watch glorious sunsets. Fully fitted modern kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washer dryer. The flat sleeps up to five people but the prices quoted are for four people. Dedicated underbuilding car space.

A £200 returnable damage/cleaning deposit is taken on this property. We try to return this sum (in full if no breakages or damage) within a week of your departure. 5% discount for bookings of three to four weeks.
3 day bookings are acceptable as per the table above. These are charged at 75% of the weekly rate (4 days = 85%).Please note that the use of the secure covered garage under the building for one car is included in the above rental rates.
The 3 day rate does not refer to the Christmas/New Year weeks nor does it refer to the main holiday season.
For bookings of at least two weeks there will be a change of linen and towels each week.
A retunable damage/cleaning deposit is required to be held.

recommended * The sunny seaside Victorian resort of Eastbourne is an extremely popular destination for holidaymakers, business people and conference delegates alike. It has enviable record of hours of sunshine. There are theatres, cinemas, restaurants, good shopping facilities, beaches, seaside entertainment, a very popular bandstand with regular concerts (to suit all tastes) held in the Summer with some of them ending with a firework display, an international tennis centre (particularly well known for the Ladies Tennis week in June) and finally an amazing flying display of vintage and modern aircraft held every year in August. Sovereign Harbour was built between five and ten years ago and lies about 2/3miles East of the town centre. There are two main residential areas the North harbour and the South harbour. San Juan Court was built about two years ago and is located in the South Harbour. Apartment Number 16 (BN23 5TP) is fully furnished and available on a self catering basis for holiday rentals. |

Take the A259 road through Eastbourne until you reach the Sovereign Centre. Now look for Prince William Parade. At the end of this road there is a roundabout. Take the Atlantic Drive exit. Take the turning on the right marked Santa Cruz Drive. then look for Barbuda Quay and finally San Juan Court.
From outside Eastbourne follow the A27 until you are directed towards the Eastbourne Town Centre down Lottbridge Drove. Follow the signs for Sovereign Harbour South. When you reach the Sovereign Centre follow the instructions given above,
Our stay in Eastbourne
As sailors we quite often visit the marine of Eastbourne. Now we could see the place from a totally different point of view. From the appartment we had a lovely view on the entrance of the harbour, also seeing sailing boats leave in the very windy October days that we stayed here. Clearly we visited Brighton, the Beachy Head area and other small villages in the vicinity of Brighton. The appartment is very well equipped and to some extent luxurious. We were welcomed quite nicely, although we miscalculated the time it took to come from Dover (where our ferry arrived from Dunkerque) to Eastbourne. So we were a bit too late, but no problem for the lady who was there to welcome us. Very good customer service! Being familiar with the area of the marina, we clearly frequented the very good Indian restaurant and for daily shopping activities the large ASDA. The appartment can certainly be recommended for a nice stay in Eastbourne and surroundings!
San Juan Court, Sovereign Harbour
We rented this apartment in September 08. We had a fantastic time. Superb location, amazing views (the sun rises in front of the balcony & french doors - great when your feeding babies at 6am), tastefully furnished, well appointed kitchen and overall - clean. I'm told this apartment is very popular with repeat guests, and I can see why. It helped us have a very relaxing break, making us feel very much at home, but in a lovely place. We would not hesitate to return or recommend to friends. (The only downside was the double bed, needed replacing - this was fed back to the owners, and I'd imagine its been updated now)
