Description

Villa Marie Carmen is a newly built & comfortable villa providing the ideal setting for a relaxing holiday. By the poolside and garden area you can lay back on the comfortable sun-loungers and dream away during a beautiful sunny day. Has 4 bedrooms.

The grassed area is inviting for children to play on. A stone brick barbecue and a dining table by the poolside provide the perfect setting for an enjoyable meal al fresco. The front terrace opens into the spacious living room with ample relaxing seating area, Sky TV, Astra TV and DVD. The well designed and practical modern kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, extractor fan, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and an utility room with washing machine and iron/iron board.

Two bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom are located on the ground floor. The master bedroom is upstairs, also with en-suite bathroom and a private terrace with distant sea views. The fourth bedroom is connected to the master bedroom and is ideal for small children.

The picturesque fishing village of Porto Colom is only a few minutes, here you can enjoy the waterside restaurants and tapas bars. This is also the ideal starting point for day excursions or for an unforgettable boat trip along the beautiful coast. Sports enthusiasts will find a wide range of sports activities by the port and only a few minutes away there is the famous golf course Vall d'Or, as well as several tennis courts and a riding school.

The popular resort of Cala d'Or with its shopping streets, many restaurants and the different magnificent sandy coves of the area are located at only 7 km. The market in Felanitx on Sunday morning is recognized as one of the best in Mallorca and is definitely worth a visit. ... read more »hide »
