This exclusive new villa with five bedrooms, a large saltwater swimming pool and a landscaped garden is ideal for a comfortable relaxing holiday with family and friends. A small drive-way leads towards the house. The entrance with solid wooden door leads at one side to the spacious and cozy living room with fireplace, a comfortable sitting corner and a dining area for ten persons. The other side leads to a modern and fully equipped kitchen with another spacious dining area for ten persons. At the garden side there is also a second and fully equipped kitchen with original Majorcan baking oven. The first of five double bedrooms is en-suite with jacuzzi and also located on the ground floor. The other four bedrooms and two more bathrooms are located on the second floor. Both the living room and the kitchen give an easy access to the terrace overlooking the garden and pool, surrounded by pine and olive trees. This is the ideal place to enjoy a meal or refreshment together in open air.
The house is built on 16,000 m² of land and has an ideal and peaceful position between the typical Majorcan village of S´Horta and the idyllic fishing port of Porto Colom. Also the lively centre of Cala d´Or with its many shops, restaurants and bars is located at only six kilometers away. Here guests will find the beautiful Marina with its many prestigious yachts. The virgin beach Cala Sanau has its laid-back atmosphere plus a cozy beach bar and bamboo sun loungers reachable within just a few kilometers and in Cala d´Or. There are many more little white sandy beach coves to go sunbathing or enjoy some of the variety of water sports. The environment is also very inviting for activities as horse riding, biking or walking and golf lovers will find the Club Vall d´Or at only 1.5 kilometers.
