Description
Comfortable family villa with 3 bedrooms to sleep 6 people. Located in a stunning area with dramatic scenery. Betlem is located in the unspoilt northeast of the island with the most stunning scenery. The house which overlooks the bay of Alcudia is a short walk to the sea where the coastline is rugged with plenty of coastal paths and small bays to explore. The water is usually beautifully clear and swimming and snorkeling are a must. This area is ideal for walkers being only a few minutes on foot to the National Park which offers a good choice of mountain or coastal paths. There are two bar/restaurants in Betlem and the village of San Pedro a few minutes away by car offers an excellent choice of 10/12 restaurants on the sea front or within the village. In this small Spanish village you will also find the nearest sandy beach, marina, church and a good choice of small shops, pharmacy and banks. The larger historic town of Arta is nearby and is the perfect place to start exploring this part of Mallorca which remains surprisingly unspoilt and very much a farming community.

Located 3 or 4 minutes walk to the sea where it possible to swim from the rocks. 3 or 4 minutes walk to the National Park area. 5 minutes drive to the nearest sandy beach in Colonia de San Pedro. The nearest 18 hole golf course is located just outside the town of Arta which is approximately 20 minutes drive away (Capdepera). In addition, there are several other courses in the area including Pula, Alcanada, Pollenca, Canyamel and Son Servera.
Extensive National Parks in the area offer mountain and coastal walks. An ascent to the Hermitage of Betlem above the property is a must. The dramatic scenery and views over the bay of Alcudia make this a memorable spot.
