This recently built villa with multiple terraces and private pool is very well maintained. With its spacious areas and 5 bedrooms this property is ideal for a family or a group of friends up to 10 / 11 people. On the ground floor there´s the living room with flat screen TV (SAT) / DVD / Stereo and seating capacity for 9 persons.
Connected to the living room is the dining corner with pull-out table for up to 10 persons. This area gives out to the terrace with beautiful swimming pool, there´s an other large table and chairs available for 10 persons to enjoy a meal together in the open air. The grill house is just next to the pool. The tastefully decorated kitchen is fully equipped and easy to use. One bedroom with 2 single beds is situated downstairs as well as 1 bathroom with shower. This bathroom is also ideal for all visitors. On the first floor there´s another 4 bedrooms, 3 with a double bed and another with 2 single beds. One of the 2 bathrooms upstairs is en-suite.
The port of Porto Colom is one of the biggest natural harbours in the area. Here you can make long walks, and discover some of he best restaurants. The animated tourist area of Cala d´Or with its shops, bars and restaurants is also only a few km away. And golf lovers find the Vall d´Or at 4km. The beautiful virgin beach of Cala Sanau with it´s bamboo sun-loungers and beachbar is reachable in just 10 minutes by car.
