Chelmsford House has two bedrooms comfortably sleep five guests. The house has secure garden with drying facilities and garden furniture.
The flat is well equipped with lounge and dining area, two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, full gas central heating, garden with drying facilities and sitting out area and additional front garden.
Accommodation is available for up to five people in one double bedroom and a second bedroom with single bed and adult size bunk beds. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower and toilet. Cot available.
The flat is well-equipped and includes payphone, washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, Neff double oven and hob, TV, hi-fi.
Car parking is available in Melbourne Road or round the corner in nearby car park.
Bed linen and fuel costs are included in the weekly rent.
Being on the ground floor this flat is suitable for everyone.

The property is a ground floor flat and is part of a converted Victorian villa. The flat is directly across the road from the East Bay Beach and has a spectacular panoramic outlook of the bay, the Bass Rock, Craigleith and over to Fife. This comfortable flat is ideal for all types of holidaymaker and is very centrally situated for an attractive range of shops, golf courses, leisure amenities and the local library. Sleeps five. This is the perfect place to unwind and relax.
Elliot, my husband, and I bought the ground floor flat of Chelmsford House in North Berwick in1993. I had spent many happy holidays in North Berwick as a child and by 1993 Elliot had started to get the North Berwick bug too. When the flat came up for sale we jumped and were lucky enough to be the successful bidders.
Together with our three children we have had happy times in the property but as time went on and the boys got older we used the flat a bit less. We then thought we would give other people the chance to spend some happy holidays in North Berwick so decided to go in for holiday letting - 1995 was the start. At present I have 14 couples/families who return year upon year. I have got to know them all and to they are now my friends. Holiday letting is a great interest as well as earning a little money at the same time.
