Decorated with a mix of modern and vintage furniture. Less than 200 metres to the Overground which goes direct to the Olympic site in under 15 minutes. Near Broadway Market and lots of lovely bars and restaurants.
This is a really beautiful home in a vibrant part of London. The house is recently refurbished, well-maintained and usually owner-occupied. Interior decor is done to a very high standard mixing contemporary classics with vintage (mostly Swedish) furniture. The master bedroom has a king-sized French bed while the second bedroom has a beautiful double mahogany sleigh bed. Both rooms have built in wardrobes and original sash windows.
There is a garden with a built-in seating area and barbeque and also a roof terrace for making the most of the evening sun.
The property is well-located near important practical amenities such as a 24-hour supermarket, banks etc but is also perfectly located for making the most of all that east London has to offer in terms of theatre, live-music, galleries, wonderful restaurants and ambient bars.
Linens and towels will be provided. For rentals of a week, a cleaner will come in mid-way to do a general clean of the house. The house is extremely secure with a monitored alarm system. An information pack about amenities etc will be provided.
There is a sofabed in the living room which if necessary could sleep a fifth person. A surcharge is payable for a fifth person.
Also close to other amenities such as Tesco, Marks and Spencers, post office, banks, pharmacist, bakery, health food store etc.
