NOTE: Friday arrival means lower prices and greater availability for flights, ferries and en route accommodation, and you can do your shopping and be settled in for the weekend. It also gives you full weekends to experience the famous French Saturday markets and celebrations. Our prices are all in Sterling.

To book your holiday follow the steps below:

1. Check availability and then email or call us to make your booking.

2. We will confirm availability.

3. You then need to complete and sign our Booking Form and mail it to us together with a non-refundable deposit of £150.

It is advisable to confirm by email, telephone or fax that you have mailed the completed booking form together with the deposit as described. We will hold the reservation for up to five days.

If your booking is within 8 weeks of departure, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking.

4. If you are in the UK, payment should be by Sterling or Euro cheque, made payable to George and Mary Brooke. From outside the UK, payment should be by bank transfer. (Bank transfers will be subject to an additional £25 surcharge to cover collection charges.)

5. Balance of payment is due not less than 56 days (8 weeks) prior to arrival at the property.

6. There is a security Deposit of £200 to be paid at the same time as the balance. This is held to secure against damage or breakages to the property or its contents.

7. All bookings are subject to our full Terms and Conditions which you must read.

The L-shaped living/dining room has hi-fi DVD, CD, MP3 and JPEG playback, satellite and local TV and windows on two sides with south-facing French windows opening to the front terrace. The double doors open on to the veranda at the front of the villa, facing south. The living room and hallways have marble flooring throughout which helps keep temperatures down.

There is a covered terrace running around most of the villa and in this view you cannot see the sheltered approach to the garages. There is a garage for your use on the right (out of shot). Access to the house is either via the steps at the front or via the staircase reached from the internal garage.


The landscaped park-style garden surrounds the villa and pool and has many mature trees. It is bordered by a private road and fields.

There is a pool-robot to keep the pool clean and there is plenty of sitting area around the pool itself. There is a diving board at one end of the pool as you can see. The pool is available from late May to early October.

In keeping with recent French law, the pool has a fence installed with a self-closing gate to ensure safety for children.

The pool house has protected storage areas for pool toys, loungers, chairs and so on.
The lights that you can see are spread around the grounds, controlled from te Summer Kitchen, and there is an automatic watering system which "pops up" through the grass. The pool has its own under-water illumination which makes for a very pretty sight at night.

The double doors open to the games room and through to the summer kitchen, games room, exercise room and the downstairs shower and toilet. There are plenty of shady corners if you have had enough of the sun. Just around the corner shown is the brick barbecue.

There is lots of space for games, and there is table-tennis for the energetic, and barbecue and hammock for the rest!

Games Room is a tiled and furnished (armchairs, sofa, two large desks) room set aside for games (in the summer) and work (for us) the rest of the time.

It is cool and quiet and looks out onto the pool area. It is a great place to retreat to when it gets too hot, and it connects directly to the Summer Kitchen, the outdoor pool area and the lower terrace.
