Description

Delightful, air conditioned ground-floor apartment with enclosed garden and terrace. Suitable for summer holiday rental and winter lets. The apartment is spacious, with two bedrooms, one double and one twin with large built-in wardrobes. There are two full bathrooms, one en suite, a large living/ dining room and fully equipped kitchen. The garden is sunny nearly all day with a palm tree which offers shade when needed. The complex is relaxing and quiet with attractive garden areas, picturesque courtyards and fountains. There are sunbeds and umbrellas and plenty of space for sunbathing around the communal pools which are ideally placed to get the sunshine all day. There is a bar and restaurant overlooking the pool, 2 paddle tennis courts, mini golf, picnic area and a children's playground. The beach, Duquesa golf club and the picturesque marina, surrounded by palm trees,are within walking distance.
