Xanadu is a fabulous beach villa, with its own executive housekeeper and driver with 8 seater car. It is currently one of the only signature villas on the palm available for short term holiday rental. Whilst the villa is self catering, breakfast is served daily. Unique features of Xanadu include : Single kayaks (2), pool table, ping, calaway and masters golf club sets(3), bar, putting green, Wii, pool bar, swimming pool, private beach, satellite 42' TV..174 channels incl. 14 sports and movie, WiFi, laptop with web cam, printer, scanner, copier ,fax, BBQ, safe, and phone. Driver / airport transfers :Our driver will provide one Dubai Airport arrival and departure transfer free of charge. Other days (excl Saturday) one free local trip. The car accommodates a maximum of 7 passengers.Housekeeper :Provides bedroom/bathroom cleaning and evening turn down service

5 Fabulous Villa
The villa more than lived up to our expectations. Great location and fabulous view across to the Atlantis Hotel. Inside the rooms are spaceous and well decorated.
Hanish looked after us during our stay and drove us to local attractions. He was always very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
It was great to have breakfast provided for us each morning and to start the day very lazily.
Pool and beach were great. We were in and out of the pool all the time and the kids had the beach to themselves.
Easy to get to all the local attractions from the villa. Nothing is more than 20-30 mins away by car.
We would definitely look to stay again in this villa if/when we go to Dubai on holiday.
Stunning
I went to Xanadu last month with 6 other adults and 3 children. There is so much space that no-one got in each other's way. My camera broke on my first day and the housekeeper lent me hers for the week. I call that service beyond the expected! The chauffeur ran us everywhere and nothing was too much for either of the staff. We made full use of all the facilities e.g. pool, pool table, kayaks, golf, bbq, computer etc. I would recommend this villa to anyone and look forward to going back some day.

5 Perfect vacation property.
We shared this property with three other couples, one with an infant. The six en-suite bedrooms are perfect for privacy. The family with the baby stayed in the first-floor bedroom, and they claimed she cried all night, but no one ever heard her!
The master suite is gorgeous with its own private, covered balcony/terrace and enough space that our five-year old sometimes slept on the setee in the room with us.
The home was sparkling clean, and the housekeeper provided outstanding service. We used the kayaks a lot and enjoyed the beach toys that were left behind. We really didn't need to bring anything with us on this trip.
I should have requested in advance for the pool to be heated. We were traveling in January, but the kids wanted to swim. It took too long for the pool to heat once we turned it on, so we didn't get to use the pool all week. Also, there wasn't enough hot water to heat the jacuzzi tub in the master bath, but that's not a big deal. There was plenty of hot water for showers for all of us.
All in all, a memorable and fabulous trip!
Xanadu - Paradise !!
Xanadu is Paradise !! Stunning exclusive location, luxurious and spacious house with fantastic facilities that ensured everybody had a great time and the housekeeper and driver did everything to make our stay thoroughly enjoyable and they keep the house immaculate.
We took family members ranging from age 12 to 50 and everyone had a fantastic time. We enjoyed the house, the beach, the swimmng pool, the pool table, the kayaks and more. Xanadu was a memorable and exciting experience and we hope to return again soon. We highly recommend Xanadu to anyone who enjoys the good things in life ! Recommend the international buffet at the Jumeirah Beach Hotel for an evening out.
