Check in time is 1500 hrs. and check out is 1000 hrs. any late check out will be charged at 50% of the room night until 1500 hrs., and a full day charge applies thereafter. Arrival prior to 1100 hrs. will be taken as a reservation from the previous day. Early check in and late check outs will be considered based on availability.
There is a refundable Dhs.2000 security/breakages deposit which can be included in your final payment and refunded via bank transfer within 7 days after departure, or upon check in with a credit card swipe and released within 7 days after departure.
All reservations should be guaranteed with a 30% payment within 24 hours of reserving, and the balance is payable 56 days prior to arrival, or if less than this period, full and final payment should be made.
