The JBR complex in the Dubai Marina, is the most sought after destination for home owners, leisure and business travelers and for luxury family holidays at an affordable price. The apartment is a spacious two bedroom 1300 Ft2 (120 M2) on the twentieth floor overlooking the sea and the beach. The master bed room has a magnificent sea view of the Arabian Sea, with the world famous, Atlantis and the Palm in clear line of sight. The apartments are comfortably furnished to sleep four adults. There are also two additional air beds. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a washing machine. There is cable TV with international channels (including Russian) and free Internet connection in every room. The supermarket below provides a twenty four hour delivery service as do most restaurants in the vicinity. For rentals for a week or more a cleaning and laundry service is included. Additional cleaning arrangements can be made for an extra charge. Other leisure services can be arranged.
