Check in is 1500 hrs and check out is 1000 hrs.
Any late check out would be charged at 50% of the room night until 1500 hr, and thereafter a full day charge applies. Check in prior to 1000 hr would be taken as a reservation from the previous day.
There is a refundable Dhs.2000 security/breakages deposit which can be included in the final payment and refunded via bank transfer within 7 days after departure, or upon arrival with a credit card swipe and released within 7 days after departure.
Full and final payment must be made by 56 days prior to arrival, and the 30% deposit to guarantee your reservation should be paid within 24 hours from receipt of invoice.
