The apartment is one of only eight in the two storey apartment block, which are called Ephrosina Villa’s. They comprise of 6 two bedrooms and 2 studio’s, four on each floor. Our apartment is top middle and has the largest Balcony (nearly 40ft). There is a secure entrance to the block, which has a phone entry system. When you enter the apartment you are in a small entrance of which have doors leading to bedroom 2, living room and a shower bathroom (3.2sq.m), of which has a shower, basin, toilet, electric heater. There is also the entry phone; Alarm panel.The apartment has tiled floors throughout.

Bedroom two (14.7 sq.m) has two single beds that can be joined together to make a double, one Put-u-up bed suitable for an adult, bedside cabinet, a single chest of drawers with four deep drawers and a double dresser/wardrobe, with lots of hanging room, selves and drawers. Electric wall mounted heater that has an electronic timer and thermostat. A large French window leads out to the balcony. Fitted blinds from ceiling to floor.

Consists of a fully fitted kitchen, incorporating a Fridge freezer, oven, hob, Microwave, extractor and washing machine. On the road between Dolna Banya and Kostenets is situated the first private certified airfield in Bulgaria. It was established in 1999 by pilot Eng. Vatko Beshliev. The airfield has a pool, a volleyball ground, a tennis court, snooker facilities and other amenities. The favourable climate in the region, the proximity of mountain resort villages provide good conditions for aviation tourism.

Another attraction are the white storks which are a good omen. Dolna Banya is among the first winners of the first prize of the National Contest for the greatest number of stork nests with 21 nesting couples of white storks.
