Note:- For rentals less than 7 nights a charge of £50 will be added to the rental for cleaning / laundry.
A refundable security deposit of £100 or the equivalent is required on arrival and returned on departure.
If the booking is made less than 6 weeks before the rental date, the full rental payment must be made when booking.
If the booking is made prior to 6 weeks a deposit of 20% is required.The balance is then due 6 weeks prior to the letting.
