Description
Varna holiday apartment is a modern, newly built apartment has one twin and one double bedroom (one en-suite). There is a separate shower room / toilet. There are two double sofa beds in the large open plan living area, as well as a television, DVD player and a selection of DVDs. The fully equipped kitchen area has oven, two ring ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. We have an extended dining table, crockery, cutlery and glasses for eight. The large south/west facing terrace enjoys the afternoon sun, relaxing admiring the stunning views over the Forrest to the Black Sea.
The Oasis complex is ideal for families as it boasts three swimming pools,one children's pool and play area, all set in beautiful landscaped gardens. There is also a gym and games room.
The poolside bar serves breakfast and light snacks.
Bike hire is available on site.
Car hire, taxis and trips can be arranged when required on site.
The Oasis complex is situated near the mouth of the Kamchia River in the UNESCO nature reserve. A haven for fishermen , birdwatchers and all nature lovers. Boat trips on the river are an excellent way of seeing the wildlife along the riverside. The nearby Forrest is full of tracks to walk or cycle in peace and tranquility and they all lead down to the beautiful, unspoiled beach, backed by sand dunes which are two kilometers from Oasis. The village of Bliznatsi is a fifteen minute walk away and has a few restaurants, bar and local shop to purchase the essentials you need for a self catering holiday. The cosmopolitan, seaside city of Varna is twenty five kilometers north of Oasis and is well worth a visit to sample the great Bulgarian culture. The Sea Gardens are home to an aquarium, dolphinarium, observatory and planetarium. The stunning Theotoko Cathedral stands in the city centre across from the pedestrian shopping area with its selection of designer shops. There are many restaurants to enjoy both Bulgarian and international cuisine.

Note:- For rentals less than 7 nights a charge of £50 will be added to the rental for cleaning / laundry.
A refundable security deposit of £100 or the equivalent is required on arrival and returned on departure.
If the booking is made less than 6 weeks before the rental date, the full rental payment must be made when booking.
If the booking is made prior to 6 weeks a deposit of 20% is required.The balance is then due 6 weeks prior to the letting.
Bookings of over 2 weeks will be eligible for a discount.
