This comfortable villa built in 2006 is sited in a popular holiday spot, Byala village. It can lodge large families or groups, offering spacious place with up to date amenities including a sparkling private swimming pool with Jacuzzi to enjoy the holiday.
The property is on the beautiful Black Sea coast in the town of Byala with its crystal blue sea and sandy beaches, is becoming a much sought after residential area.
The residence has sun terrace where outstanding views towards Obzor and beyond can be enjoy. Swim in the private pool or just be idle on one of the many sun loungers around the garden and admire the panoramic views of the Black Sea.
In addition, it offers satellite TV with English and other language programmes. The garage and driveway, enough for two cars have a security system for safety. There is a pool table which should keep everyone entertained.
Byala village is an admired by Bulgarians for it has great selection of restaurants, cafes and bars, all of which are extremely low-priced. Varna, the capital city is only 50 kilometers south from the Bulgarian Sea and lying just about 80 kilometers north of the town of Bourgas. Its panoramic views make it the perfect spot for a flexible holiday.
There are many beaches in the vicinity, some of them still unspoiled and unheard of by most people.
The northern beach is famous for its fine white sand and beautiful lagoons. The central beach is the most preferable one because it appeals to many travelers. It has many restaurants, water-slides and other attractions. The southern beach is the most fascinating. There guests can anchor boats in its small harbour. This is the only harbour in the vicinity.
Many tourists who have visited Byala compare it to the French Riviera as it is located in a mountainous area which gives superb views of the sea with beautiful sunsets and sunrises. The foot hills of the Balkan Mountains rise only 6 kilometers south of Byala. This gives exceptional mixture of fantastic sights of the mountain and sea.
This holiday villa is exceptional, yet is reasonably priced to be within most people’s summer holiday financial plan.
The black sea coast has an array of magnificent sandy beaches and coves to travel around. For culturists there are a number of Thracian sites up and down the coast along with museums in the nearby town of Varna.
The temperatures during summer are commonly around 30 degrees with sea temperatures around 22 degrees.
The local town of Byala has all the essential amenities needed for holiday and as it is not one of the main holiday resorts you will notice that prices are much inexpensive here. There is a local vineyard that can be visit and it is only a short taxi ride to the busier town of Obzor and only approximately 30 minutes drive to Varna to the North and approximately 40 minutes to Sunny Beach, Nessabar and Bourgas to the South.

Bulgaria Air announces flight sales in July and August, with flights from Gatwick to Varna/Bourgas return including all taxes for as little as £88. Varna and Bourgas airport is also served with regular budget weekly flights with wizzair.
