This new villa is set amidst vineyards and countryside in a private complex of 15 residential villas with a shared pool facility. There are 2 double bedroom upstairs, both with en-suite facilities and a shared balcony looking out into the forest.
The villa has three spacious bedrooms and 3 lovely bathrooms. It has a large lounge with air conditioning, a twin bed settee for extra guests and leads into a well equipped kitchen diner, catering for 10, and access onto the outside verandah which has a built in private BBQ. Close by is the communal pool area.
The complex benefits from having 24-hour security. Around 50 yards from the complex is a local bar and restaurant which has a cool leafy courtyard where you can sample extremely reasonable and delicious home cooked Bulgarian fare at lunch times and in the evening. The nearest sandy beach, shops and restaurants are located just 4 kilometers/2.5miles away in the small, charming seaside town of Byala.
This residential complex is located on the outskirts of Goritsa - a small peaceful village on the Black Sea Coast, situated 45km/28miles South of Varna on the main road connecting Varna and Burgas. It is also 55 kilometers from the International airport of Varna and 50 kilometers from Burgas airport. It is a beautiful combination of forest, vineyards and sea views. Just 4km/2.5 miles away there is the lovely small sea side town of Byala which has many cafes and restaurants and wonderful sandy beach. Travel just a few more kms and you will come to the lively small resort of Obzor with its large sandy beach, supermarket, cafes, restaurants and many stalls to buy a momento of Bulgaria.A variety of land and water sports are available in Byala and Obzor.
There are daily mini buses to Varna with it's cosmopolitan cafe lifestyle, Burgas, Sunny Beach and the ancient historic town of Nessebar, which is a must for visitors to experience a taste of old Bulgaria and a fantastic choice of souvenirs to buy.

NOTE: The price includes rent of the whole villa for a week, cleaning of the villa once a week, change of the bed linen and towels once a week and all utility bills. Please note that a £250.00 damage deposit is required with the booking deposit. The damage deposit is fully refundable after your departure as long as there is no damage made to the property or contents during your stay at the villa. All damage, loss and breakages will be charged for at the current market rate.
To secure your booking we require a non-refundable booking deposit of 50% of the total rental charge with the non-refundable balance payment to be made no later than 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. NB You are advised to take out personal travel insurance.
Payments to be made by bank transfer to Halifax Bank Account - bank details provided on request.
The hirer is advised that car hire is essential and that car hire is easily arranged on-line for collection and delivery to Varna or Burgas Airport. A map and directions can be provided for locating the Villa in Goritsa.
