Description

Our Scandanvian style chalet is luxuriously appointed and can be booked for long or short stays. It has a sea view which you can enjoy from the lounge, veranda or upstairs room. It is fully equipped for up to 6 guests and a baby. In a car free environment you can enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the site with its many amenities. The chalet is not overlooked and affords the opportunity to relax in comfort.

The chalet is in the cliff top location of Kingsdown Park on the Kent coast, near Deal and halfway between Folkestone and Ramsgate. It is very close to many attractions as well as the coastal ports and tunnel. Canterbury is approx 30mins and London less than an hour on the train from Dover.

There is a coastal path accessed from the chalet park taking you along the cliffs where you can enjoy spectacular views from which on a clear day you can see the coast of France. Whilst staying at Kingsdown Park in our chalet you are only 15 mins away from the channel ports and 25 mins from the tunnel which provides an ideal opportunity for channel hopping and tasting the delights of France for a day. There are several golf courses in the locality. It is very close to Kingsdown and Walmer Golf course and the Royal Cinque Ports course in Deal is only 4 miles away. the course in Sandwich is an easy car drive or train journey from Walmer station (2 stops).
