Originally the show home for Midas Homes, the apartment has been built and fitted out to a high specification, when first built in February 2006. The property has continually been upgraded and is managed to ensure that visitors can enjoy a very high level of comfort, with modern furniture, fittings and equipment. Everything is within easy reach, and Dawlish Warren, is just a walk along the famous sea wall. Simply enjoy the sea, sandy beaches, rocks, railway, various local facilities and attractions.

A Great Time at Great Cliff!
We had a truly memorable time at 9 Great Cliff in September. The apartment was sumptuous and every conceivable home comfort provided for. The close proximity to the main railway line and stunning views were a never ending source of enjoyment for us and the short walk to the beach a real boon on what turned out to be the first warm dry week of this year's Summer. We certainly recommend it to anyone as it would be impossible to criticise the apartment or the services in any way. The rooms were extremely clean and well presented. The furnishings were spotless and the superbly fitted out kitchen catered for even the most discerning of needs. For the level of comfort and facilities given, the hire charge represented excellent value for money. We are really looking forward to our return visit next year. This apartment has spoilt us for the future. No more 4 Star hotels for us from now on. Andrew and Heather of Stourport on Severn.
