Originally the show home for Midas Homes, the apartment has been built and fitted out to a high specification, when first built in February 2006. The property has continually been upgraded and is managed to ensure that visitors can enjoy a very high level of comfort, with modern furniture, fittings and equipment. Everything is within easy reach, and Dawlish Warren, is just a walk along the famous sea wall.
