Description
This is a luxurious first floor, family run apartment, backing onto a river, footpaths and cross-country skiing routes. The Gotchna-Parsenn cable car is a seven-minute walk or a 3 minute bus ride from the house, as is the Klosters train station.
There is fantastic views from the appartment with a a cosy living room which features a lovely open fireplace.
The skiing and walking is amazing in this region. It is a very exclusive neighbour hood. The village of Klosters is very charming and has all the resources that one might require. The flat has an L shaped balcony which is South East facing and gets the sun most of the day.
The appartment is located just 2 minutes from an outdoor swimming pool and a small lake. There is also a ice skating ring. There is parking outside the appartment and there is a bus stop which is just outside the appartment building for easy access to the area.
The skiing and walking in this area is fantastic.
