FloridaTownhouse is a modern townhouse located at the four star Regal Palms Resort in Florida. Known as the Sunshine State, Florida offers almost year round sunshine and has something for everyone. Attractions and activities within the area includes Disney Parks at approximately 15 minutes drive, Seaworld, Universal Studios, Busch Gardens, the Kennedy Space Centre and numerous shopping malls and retail outlets to browse for the discerning shopper. There is also an on-site ticketing facility for many attractions and the resort offers a shuttle bus service to many of the parks. While just a short walk to the Berrrytown Parade is a large supermarket, pharmacy, banks, restaurants and also the recently been opened Petrol Station. This area also provides guests over 200 Golf courses including Falcons Fire, Champions Gate, Shingle Creek to name a few which are all only a short drive away. Florida also has some beautiful beaches both on the Gulf and Atlantic coastlines.
This townhouse in Regal Palms is just off US 192 on Highway 27 situated adjacent to the 18 hole Highlands Reserve Golf Club and only 15 minutes drive the Disney Resorts which offers a bar and restaurant with sky TV, internet access, fully-equipped gym, games room with pool/snooker table, spa offering a wide range of health and beauty treatments, heated pool with lazy river and water slide plus a jacuzzi.
The property is air conditioned and fully equipped. It comprises of four large bedrooms wherein two of which have en suite bathrooms, one further bathroom, a dining and living area, a fully equipped kitchen and laundry cupboard with washing machine and clothes dryer while within the complex are a shared garden area, small paved area, shared outdoor pool and Jacuzzi within the complex including water slide and lazy river, parking for two vehicles and on-site internet access.
This place is very much ideal for large families, two families or groups of up to eight people providing fantastic holidays all year round with its numerous attractions and activities on offer plus a warm sunny climate.
