Two master bedrooms both have en-suite facilities with a further two bedrooms sharing the third bathroom making the villa ideal for 2 families to share. Bedrooms 3, 4 have twin beds (5th Bedroom/Den with TV, bean bags and a sofa bed). The main sofa in the living room is also a sofa bed and a cot is also available at no extra charge.
Outside there is a covered lanai, this leads onto the pool deck and fully screened pool and spa which can be heated at an extra charge if required.
A very airey air conditioned home with lots of space to move around, The den is a great place for the kids to watch their own TV sat on the sofa(bed) or the 2 bean bags.
Two entrances to the pool deck area, 1 through the main lounge/deck doors from the lounge or through the wet bathroom area. An outside mains plug available for outdoor music etc

Only 15 minutes from the Walt Disney World complex via the famous 192
Universal Studios and International Drive are a further 10 minutes and you are minutes from superb golf courses at Champions Gate and 4 minutes from the Highway I-4.
Orlando International airport (MCO) is just 30 minutes away. (I-4 E and FL-528 E 29.6 miles or 43Km approx) you will need approx $3.75 for the toll roads. Bank, Publix supermarket, gas station, hairdressers, bars, restaurants and a whole host of shops and attractions are close by.

Equipped with every modern convenience that you could possibly need, including a full size electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher and a huge 19 cu.ft. fridge freezer . An array of electrical accessories such as can opener, toaster, coffee maker, food mixer, blender etc. etc. make this kitchen user friendly.
A full size washing machine and dryer are also available in the garage.

Directions from Orlando and Sanford Airports: - Follow the signs for the GREENWAY route 417 South (Toll Road you will need some $1 bills)
Continue on the 417 until it merges with the Interstate 4 (I-4) Signposted West to Tampa. Stay on the Highway I-4 to junction 58 (old 24).
Exit on 58 (old 24) and turn left at traffic lights.
Go straight across next traffic lights.
Continue across traffic light (Lake Wilson Road) There is a Publix’s Supermarket on your right-hand side where you may want to stop to buy groceries. There is also a CVS Pharmacy on the left-hand side.
Once across traffic light look out for the sub division (housing estate) Sandy Ridge on your right. (If you go across railway lights, you have gone too far, turn round and go back)
Turn right into Sandy Ridge, which is Sandy Ridge Blvd. Continue to the end of the road until you reach the Stop sign.
Turn left at Stop sign into Royal Ridge Drive then first right into Scrub Jay Way and the house is on the right-hand side.
