Spacious 4 bedroom villa with large private pool

Description

The lounge is decorated with Floridian style furniture and patio doors leading to the pool deck, complete with private south facing illuminated pool, heatable and fully screened.

Our villa has 4 bedrooms: 1 master bedroom with en suite bathroom, 1 double bedded and 2 twin bedded rooms. A second bathroom has a shower and bath.

The lounge is open plan to the dining area which has seating for six and leads to the kitchen with breakfast bar and nook with table and four chairs. The kitchen is fully fitted with ceramic hob cooker, built in microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer with ice maker.

There is air conditioning and ceiling fans in most rooms, 4 cable TVs and VCR, and a utility room with washer, drier, iron and board.

The pool, which faces south for maximum sunshine, is electrically heated and thermostatically controlled to ensure your comfort. It has underwater illumination to allow for evening swimming. Full mesh screening over the pool and deck ensures that is free from insects and leaves, but does not impair your suntan.

Patio tables, chairs and loungers are provided for your enjoyment.

Our management company supervise the pool cleaning and its equipment, which is monitored weekly to ensure that the pool is kept safe and clean for you. They also ensure that the grass is cut and the garden kept tidy.

We also provide cots and highchair if required at no extra charge. The only additional expense is pool heat which is optional.

Our villa is close to a host of recreational facilities. Davenport Lakes itself has tennis courts, swimming pool, BBQs and picnic tables by the lake, for vacationers to enjoy. Golf courses, restaurants, supermarkets and shops are all nearby, within 5 minutes drive.
