This lovely property is conveniently located just 15 minutes away from all of the Disney World attractions. Set in the beautifully designed Calabay Parc development, the spacious property has two double and two twin bedrooms and a lovely, open plan lounge. There is also a den for kids to enjoy. The house has cable TV and DVD in the lounge and in the den, in addition to the cable TV in the master and second bedrooms, thus offering an ideal accommodation for two families. After a day-long adventure in the theme parks, parents can then relax on sun loungers while the kids swim in the private pool. The development is located just south of Orlando right by Walt Disney World. There are many designer outlet malls within a short drive. All big-name brands such as Boss, Osh Kosh and Ralph Lauren can be snapped up at less than half of their British prices.
The developer has taken extra care to make Calabay Parc an outstanding development. Set amidst orange groves and pine woods with landscaped roads and open areas, the property stands out from the normal Florida-style villa. There are conservation area, nature trail and a recreation area. It is located on Highway 27 with shops, supermarkets and restaurants locally available. It is just five minutes away from Interstate 4 from which the main theme parks, shopping areas and golf courses are easily accessible. Busch Gardens, Kennedy Space Centre and the Atlantic and Gulf beaches are a day trip away.
Orlando is the perfect location for any golfers with a number of championship golf courses nearby like the Champions Gate Golf Resort which is designed by Greg Norman. The golf course is only five minutes away from Calabay Parc.

Lovely villa, convenient for all Orlando destinati
A half hour from Orlando intnl, I sayed in this lovely well kept villa for two weeks, very comfortable and a home from home. The management could not have been more helpful, great customer service even by American standards.
5 Decent Golf courses within 10 minutes, and a cheeky 9 hole called Polo park which is interesting to say the least.
My family felt safe here and the kitchen is well equipped and the beds were very comfy.
All in all a place I will visit again.
