* Bedroom 1 - 1 extra large king size bed, with walk-in wardrobe, bedside drawers and chest of drawers. Flat-screen TV, bedside lamps and clock radio. Lockable safe and phone handset.
* Bedroom 2 - 1 large queen size bed with walk-in wardrobe, bedside drawers and chest of drawers. Flat-screen TV, bedside lamps and clock radio.
* Bedroom 3 - 2 single twin beds with walk-in wardrobe, bedside cupboards and chest of drawers. TV and bedside lamps.
* All 3 bedrooms are fully carpeteted and have walk-in wardrobes with ample hanging space (hangers provided) and shelving. Each is fully equipped with drawer and cupboard storage. All have cable TV and the master bedroom has a telephone handset. There is a lockable deposit safe for valuables in the master bedroom wardrobe. The twin room has a tasteful Disney theme that will appeal to children but not be off-putting for adults or older teenagers. All rooms have air conditioning. The bedrooms sleep six people with further sleeping accommodation on a comfortable double sofa bed in the lounge area. A child's cot is provided and can be erected anywhere to suit.

* Both bathrooms have vanity units with a large fully lit mirror behind as well as additional storage cupboards below the vanity units and mirrored cabinets on the walls. There are hairdriers in both bathrooms.

The kitchen is conveniently situated with a large hatch looking through to the living area so that it is separate but not isolated. The floor is tiled for easy cleaning and cleaning equipment is provided close by in the adjacent garage. There is comfotable seating for four adults and a high chair for small children. It is fully equipped with everything you might need. In addition to the details above there is an electric coffee-maker, an electric kettle, an electric mixer and one of the two sinks has a waste disposal unit. Laundry facilities are situated off the kitchen with a large washer and drier (or clothes airer if preferred), iron and ironing board. The fridge has an ice maker for those all important cold drinks. The range of utensils, crockery and cutlery is extensive and there is provision for eating inside and outside by the pool.

This area can double up as both dining and a work/relaxation space. We like to run our laptop from here so we can keep touch with folk back home in the UK. There is a large storage cupboard off this area for empty suitcases and the cot and high chair can be found here.

The room is comfortably carpeted with three seater and two seater sofas, coffee tables and ample occasional lighting. There is a large flat screen cable TV, DVD player with a selection of adult and kids DVDs, wired/wireless broadband, books, (both fiction and non-fiction on the Florida and local area), games for kids and a radio/CD player. It is an ideal place for relaxing after a hard day at the attraction parks. Patio doors lead straight onto the pool deck. There is information provided on all local activities and our excellent management company is close by to ensure you have a trouble free stay.
