Description
This luxurious detached villa has two amazing bedrooms and sleeps 4. It offers every comfort and amenities for the smaller group. Villa Akakia is designed with a traditional Cypriot style set in the middle of a group of just seven detached villas known as Lithos Village.
The entrance to this villa is via large wooden gates and a path leading through the dazzling gardens and pool area to the front door.
The lounge is trendily furnished with leather seating, a Sony PlayStation 2 and satellite TV. There is also FREE wireless internet access.
The patio doors lead out onto the pool terrace. An archway leads through to the kitchen area which is fully equipped.
There are shops, bars and restaurants within a couple of kilometers from the villa. And in just three minutes drive is sandy and white beach.
The villa is situated in Lithos Village a place jam-packed of relaxing spaces. The property is a sought-after place with great views and very close to many interesting villages and parts of the coast. Pegeia, a 25-minute walk from the house, is a pretty town in divine countryside which is also close to sandy beaches. Sports like cycling, tennis, horse riding and even go-carting can be enjoyed there. And Coral Bay can be easily reached in a couple of minutes where there are variety of restaurants, cafés, shops and clubs.

Booking Confirmation:
For confirmation of your booking, an advance payment of 30% of the total
amount, have to be made. The rest 70% have to be paid 4 weeks prior to
your arrival.

Michelle Allen, UK, September from United Kingdomwe stayed at thevilla akakia, lithos village in sep 2011,superb villa, all you could wish for in a villa ,pool to die for ,comfy beds,plenty of space,and fully equiped,though a little far out it was so peaceful ,AND the hot tub ,lovely after a hot day to just relax in with a nice cool glass of wine (or beer),andros ,the perfect host ,very hands on ,to tend to your every need (and a very nice guy who knows a lot about cooking (ask him about how to cook chicken )but telly,s he knows nowt about but a great bloke ,love to go back one day!

We have recently booked to come back to your wonderful villa in Cyprus after having a great time on holiday last August.The friendly service that the owners and their maintenance man gave whilst we were there,was second to none.The villa itself was spacious,clean and tidy and we had hours of fun in the well kept poolThe small cul-de-sac where the villas are located was so peaceful and quiet and the views over the surrounding area were amazing!We did try to book to come back in October last year,but unfortunately all the villas were fully booked. We are really looking forward to enjoying the hospitality on offer in Coral Bay once again in April!
Our stay at Villa Akakia it was perhaps one of our better holidays in Cyprus, our thought at this time is that we would like to repeat it this year for 5 weeks.
We loved the villa and its hot tub and pool the pleasant cleaners that kept everything clean although we couldnt understand their language.
