* I have tried my best with pricing and dates! Please ask if you require something different though, as i'm sure the above isn't as comprehensive as I would like!
* Windrush is available from 4pm on the day of arrival (just ask if you need an earlier time - we will do our best) Departure time is 11am.
* Bed linen provided. Towels can be provided upon request - we have had so many towels ruined in the past two years that we don't provide them any more unless requested!
* Electricity and Gas are provided.
* We ask you to leave the property as you found it please.
* To secure your booking we require a 20% deposit in advance.The remainder is due 6 weeks prior to the start of the let.
* We also require a £50 per head (minimum of £250) damage deposit which is due at the same time as the balance of the rental.This will be sent back within three weeks once the cleaner has inspected the property at the end of the let.
* We will send you a contract via email, and payment can be either cheque or bank transfer.
