The master bedroom, which is finished in cool relaxing colours, has a king-size double bed, walk-in wardrobe, flat-screen TV (free-view) and New-England style shutters to ensure a good night’s sleep. There is also an en suite with double size shower cubicle, w c and wash basin
The second bedroom also has two quality single beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers and is again fitted with New-England shutters. There is space for a travel cot (NOT supplied) if necessary. Both rooms have quality linen, duvets, pillows and cushions, enhancing the luxury feel.
In addition to the en suite addition there is a family bathroom providing bath with shower attachment, w c and washbasin. Both have tiled floors and heated towel rails

Separated by the River Medina and linked by a chain ferry, the Isle of Wight's most northerly towns of Cowes and East Cowes are steeped in maritime heritage.
Famed for its sailing events, yachtsmen from across the world make Cowes their Mecca. But it remains a small town with a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. The pedestrianised high street is full of interesting boutiques, art galleries, restaurants and shops with a nautical theme.
East Cowes town (just 5 minutes from the apartment by "chain" ferry) boasts shops and a seafront promenade. It is also home to Queen Victoria's magnificent Osborne House which is open to visitors.
The Isle of Wight is home to some of the most diverse countryside in the UK, and what better way to unwind than to get out into the fresh air and explore?
Whether you prefer a leisurely stroll or something more energetic, you can discover historic farms, pretty lanes, thatched villages, coastal trails and woodlands. It's easy to find your way around, with over 500 miles of carefully maintained footpaths and signposts to follow. Walking, cycling and bird watching are popular all year round and every May the Island hosts the UK's largest walking festival.
And the Island is famous for sailing, from dinghies to ocean going yachts. Some of the world's most famous regattas are hosted here, including "Cowes Week", "Little Britain" and the "Round the Island" race.

NOTE: Once you have made a provisional booking we will then send you a contract which you must sign and return together with 20% of the hire fee as non-refundable deposit. Please note that your provisional booking will be held for 5 days and is not confirmed until we have received the deposit and funds have cleared. If you are booking within 8 weeks of arrival then the fully rent plus security deposit is payable as below .
The balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival, failing which we reserve the right to re-let the property and your deposit for be forfeited. Additionally, we require a returnable damage deposit of £250 to be paid with your final balance. This will be returned once our housekeeper has confirmed that there is no damage, that keys have been returned and that no unreasonable additional cleaning has been required
The apartment will be available from 4pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 11am to allow access for our housekeeper. Please note that arrival after 7pm may incur and additional charge. Changeover day is usually Saturday but we will be flexible if we can; please contact us to discuss further
The property's weekend rates apply to: Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights

Should you wish to book a short-break (if available), this is charged at a daily rate of 1/5th of the weekly cost to allow for additional housekeeping services.

We are able to accept credit card payments by PayPal but please add 3.4% to cover PayPal charges - if travelling from outside the UK AND paying by bank transfer please provide IBN number and all banking details AND ADD £25 to cover UK bank charges (at cost) to return your security depost - failure to do this will result in a sterling cheque being sent to you.

What a fabulous apartment and location!!!
We came for a long weekend - it wasn't long enough - we'll be back and next time for at least a week, and more likely two
FIRST CLASS
Marinus provided us with the perfet base for an early island holiday. Everything we needed was here including the weather. M&S in Newport provided many of our meals. Great greasy spoons, Ventnor Bay cafe, Totland pier and Till Gate in Bembridge for lunch. Highly recommended is the Cowes Tandorri. First class location for a first class holiday
