The luxury apartment is located in the Duquesa Village complex amid landscaped gardens, swimming pools, waterfalls and attractive walkways. The terrace overlooks the La Duquesa Golf Course with views of the Mediterranean. The apartment has heater, air-conditioning, marble floors throughout, fully fitted kitchen and bathroom. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with jacuzzi bath. There is also car parking space.
The bustling marina of Puerto de la Duquesa is a short drive or approximately 15 min. walk away. The area has a large selection of international restaurants, bars and shops. The famous white villages of Mijas and Ronda, blue flag beaches and golf courses are accessible from the apartment.
Costa del Sol is Mediterranean's biggest holiday destination, with vast swathes of sandy beaches along its coastline and majestic mountain ranges. It is a part of one of the most diverse regions in Spain - Andalucia.
