El Puente III is set in well maintained, mature gardens on the upper slopes of Calahonda. The apartment is located in a block to the side of the pool and has little supermarket at the bottom of the steps that sells freshly baked bread & delectable pastries to have with your morning coffee on the terrace, over looking the sea.
The apartment has marble flooring throughout & due to its elevated position, enjoys cooling breezes at even the hottest times of the year.
Calahonda is perfect venue for families or couples. It is centrally located & makes a great base with numerous attractions & places to visit within an hours drive. The Calahonda has various restaurants to suit all tastes. There are two large supermarkets, banks, internet cafe, pharmacies, hairdressers, newsagents & gift shops.
Also, there are many places to visit within a 30-minute drive of Calahonda like the La Plaza de los Naranjos, La Alameda park , Benalmadena Cable Car, Aqualand Water Park and more.
The Costa del Sol Region is one of the most popular destinations in Spain. The mild climate makes it possible to enjoy a variety of outdoor activities all year round.
