Description
The well furnished apartment has two bedrooms (one double and one twin), each one with its own bathroom. The front bedroom has its own balcony with spectacular views of the sea. The property is less than a mile away from the centre of the town. The open plan living room leads to the balcony via patio doors. Sky TV, CD player, video, and radio are available. There are dining table and chairs in the fully equipped kitchen. The most enjoyable feature of the property is its huge terrace which is almost the size of the ground floor. There are sunbeds, umbrella, and outdoor table and chairs. The spectacular views of the sea and mountains are truly panoramic. At night while enjoying a nightcap, guests can see the atmospheric lights of Nerja. Access to the apartment is easy with parking alongside. The swimming pool is just 3 min. walk away and the shops and restaurants are just within 150m driving distance.
The large community pool has an attendant, outdoor eating facilities and sun beds. There are also excellent local beaches. The largest one is the famous Burriana beach, which is five min. drive away. It has good facilities, bars and restaurants. Moreover, there are 8 other local beaches nearby, all within a 5 min. drive. There is also a local bus which runs every half hour around the town of Nerja.
An 18-hole golf course is within an easy reach, approx 25 min. drive away. During the winter season, guests head to Sierra Nevada mountains to ski and snowboard. Travel time is 1 1/2 hrs. The nearest airport is at Malaga, which is 50 min. drive away via the new motorway.
There is a tennis club 5 min away with three excellent hard courts. There is also a coach available upon request. The club has a restaurant and bar.
The villa is found at the top of Nerja town, close to the National Park. The town centre is just five min. ride away. The area is known for its Balcon de Europa where tourists can refresh themselves while admiring the magnificent views. It takes just a 15 min. drive to reach the famous white village of Frigliana. The amazing caves of Nerja at Maro are 5 min. drive away.
