Villa Andreas has four bedrooms comfortably sleeps 8-10 guests. The house has great character set on a green hillside overlooking village.
Villa Andreas is a charming house of great character, modern, but with many of the features so admired in traditional Corfiot houses; beamed ceilings, attractive stonework, corner fireplace. Set on a green hillside overlooking the village and harbour of Kassiopi, it has a lovely, quiet setting, but is no more than a few minutes drive away from all the amenities of Kassiopi itself.
Layout
Entrance into an open plan Lounge/Kitchen/Dining room.
Master double bedroom and bathroom on same floor.
Stairway down to lower floor, with utility room, hallway, one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms (one en suite) and shower room.
Living Area
The open plan living area is comfortably furnished with the fireplace being the focal point. French windows lead out to the sea-facing balcony with tables and chairs for outdoor dining.
Dining Area
The dining room suite matches the sitting room with a large dining table situated close to the kitchen.
Kitchen
The open-plan style kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge/freezer, cooker and dishwasher.

Master Bedroom
A double bedroom with fitted wardrobes is situated on the first floor, just along from the sitting area.
Other bedrooms
Downstairs are three further bedrooms; 1 double and 2 twins. Each bedroom has French windows leading out to the main terrace.
Party Size Of Up To 10:
As the living area is generously-sized, it is possible to provide two camp beds which are suitable for children. (There is a 'contribution' charge to help cover the additional laundry and bills.)

The Pool
The large pool terrace is completely private and offers views of the surrounding olive groves and down towards Kassiopi and the sea.

A shaded terrace leads off the living area, accessed by French windows, with splendid views over the pool and down to the sea. Ample provision has been made for dining and relaxing out here.

The villa surroundings are very pretty, with graceful olive trees all around.

Kassiopi is charming fishing village, with a traditional port. Down at the harbour you can find local fishermen bringing home the morning catch. in Kassiopi you will also find a selection of Tavernas, bars, shops and several beaches. In fact, there is something for everyone. The teens in your party will especially appreciate the evening nightlife - with several music bars and 'low key' clubs, it is a safe environment for them to meet friends. Saint Stephanos: The island of Corfu has its secrets and Saint Stephanos, set around a horse-shoe shaped bay, is certainly one of them. An extremely pretty fishing village, located between Kalami and Kassiopi, that has managed to retain its traditional look and laidback feel . There is a small local Greek community that welcomes its visitors with the warmth and hospitality for which Greece is famous. The excellent setting, waterfront Tavernas and bars, along with a scattering of mini-markets, shops and boat hire create a delightful Greek island holiday destination. Avlaki Beach is a beautiful sweeping bay with a gently sloping beach and fabulously clear turquoise waters . No wonder Avlaki is a favourite for the locals! The beach is fringed by just a few villas, two tavernas serving local food, and a small sailing school offering dinghy sailing and sail-boarding. Avlaki really is a Greek Island heaven. Kerasia is a long sweeping beach and one of the most beautiful on the island, with excellent swimming and snorkelling. Kerasia is for those looking for complete peace and quiet, to laze in the sun or enjoy a quiet read, with an excellent beach Taverna and a small shop to cater for your beach needs. Agni Bay: In Greek Agni means un-spoilt and this describes Agni perfectly - just three Tavernas (each with their own jetty for mooring up to) and a sprinkle of local buildings. The bay is reached mainly by rented motor boats, although recently there is now a narrow road down into the bay. Each evening we offer a 'Speed Boat' taxi service, from surrounding bays to Taverna Agni. The above video shows the exciting experience.
