There is plenty of bed linen and towels to accommodate a two week stay. the villa is cleaned before and after every rental. Maid service can be arranged at a small extra charge if required.

A solid wooden front entrance door opens into the main living area. This room, which is air-conditioned, is decorated with a modern Italian lounge suite, fine artwork, coffee and side tables. It has a 32” flat screen TV with surround sound system and satellite and a mini hi-fi music system.

The Dining Room is open plan, fully air conditioned, and comfortably seats 6 adults around the modern dining table. It separates itself from the kitchen with a breakfast bar. Enjoy views over the swimming pool through the glass sliding doors. The room and view certainly give it the WOW factor.

The villa is ideal for golf lovers, romantic getaways, families or the young at heart. The large spacious rooms and high ceilings give it its character.

Our villa is situated 10 minutes drive to Mandria beach, 15 minutes to Pissouri beach and the Rock of Aphrodite, 20 minutes from Paphos beach and 45 minutes from the Coral Bay beach.

Sports activities offered include Water Skiing, windsurfing, banana boats, canoes, pedalos and paragliding. There is a diving centre and boat trips available in Paphos and the harbour in Paphos is lined with affordable tavernas.

For the golfer the villa is situated 4 minutes drive from Secret Valley Golf Club, 5 minutes drive from the Aphrodite Hills Golf Club, Hotel and Leisure complex and 20 minutes from Tsada Golf Club. The Secret Valley Golf Club is a challenging 5,900m par 71 course with panoramic sea views. The Aphrodite Hills Golf Club is an even more challenging 6200m par 72 course and is set high in the hills. All these courses are playable mostly in sunshine all year round.

One of the best kept secrets in Cyprus is the availability of skiing. You can ski from the beginning of January up to the end of March in Troodos Mountains. The Troodos Mountains are about one and a half hours drive from the villa. Where else would it be possible to ski in the mountains and swim in the sea on the same day?

As the villa is conveniently situated just 15 minutes from Paphos and one and a half hours from Larnaca International Airports, we can organise a taxi to and from the airports or if preferred a car hire is recommended which can be organised and paid for locally.

Paphos has amenities to suit everyone, young, old, singles, couples and families. There are plenty of places to eat and drink. Paphos is a quaint old town with a daily local market and plenty of shops, all types of water sports from the beach, plenty of sports facilities, a beautiful and busy fishing harbour and medieval fort, plus 10000 years of history to discover. Also, of course, there is an average of 340 days a year of sunshine.

Paphos, therefore, offers a combination of a cosmopolitan holiday resort & panoramic countryside.
