Description
A very spacious open plan two bedroom apartment situated on a very modern complex with covered parking, lift access, communal pool and a lovely garden area outside with a shaded patio.
There is no extra charge for the Air Conditioning, but all we ask of you is to use it wisely, as it can be very costly. Please make use of the shutters which do cool the rooms down and if you are out for the day please do not leave the air-conditioning on.
Bedrooms: Bedroom one has a double bed, en-suite facilities and a door leading to the patio and garden area.
Bedroom two has twin beds, plenty of wardrobe space and is very cool during the really hot weather. Bathrooms: En-suite bathroom is equipped with a toilet, shower and hand basin. The main bathroom is equipped with a bath/shower over, toilet, hand basin and washing machine with storage facilities. Kitchen: The kitchen is open plan and is fully equipped with a hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and all the other usual requirements such as a kettle, toaster and coffee maker. Utility Room: There is no utility room. The washing machine is in the main bathroom. Living Rooms: The living dining area has a dining table and chairs, a sofa bed, a two seater sofa and chair, a coffee table, TV and DVD player and a CD/Radio. Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: The property is managed by a local management company and you can arrange changes of laundry and mid- let clean which is charged locally. If you prefer not to be disturbed, there will be sufficient bed linen and towels provided.

Coast/Beach Tala is situated overlooking the coast and the nearest popular beach is in Coral Bay which is approximately a 10 minute drive where you will find an abundance of bars, cafes and beach facilities for all ages. Golf The apartment is within approximately 20km from 3 good standard golf courses. Golfing facilities are available at Tsada golf course, Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley in the Paphos area. Skiing Skiing facilities are available in the Troodos area, usually between the months of January to March. Special interest holidays You will find information in the apartment for extra activities in and around the Paphos area.

Directions
Paphos International airport is approximately a 30 minute drive from the apartment. Car hire is recommended to visit local sites but if you require a relaxing holiday it is not essential.
