Sea Point Villas is a complex of six 3 bedroom 3 bathroom luxury holiday Villas each on its own private plot of land with individual private pool and garden. These Villas occupy a superb location close to the golden sandy beaches of Coralia Beach and Coral Bay. The property is only 300m form the coast. These attractive Paphos Villas are all brand new and have been built and furnished to the highest standards. Both single story villas and double story villas are available.
All the villas have been carefully designed with a contemporary Mediterranean style and decorated with natural stone to reflect the character of Cyprus Sea Point Villas are a family owned and managed by the Georgiou family. Andreas Georgiou is on site daily maintaining the property so guests are guaranteed true Cypriot hospitality. Sea Point Paphos Villas are ideal for family holidays. They offer a quiet, secluded environment for relaxation and enjoyment while still being close to Coral Bay Centre.
The ground floor of these two storey Cyprus villas consists of an open plan living area, dining area and kitchen. The living area is furnished in a modern style with a corner sofa, satellite television (limited channels) and DVD player. The cherry wood kitchen with granite work surfaces is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The large dark wood dining table comfortably seats six in its high-backed dining chairs. One bedroom is situated on the ground floor while the remaining bedrooms are both on the first floor with private baclonies with view to Coralia Beach and the pegia mountains.
The 8 metre x 4 metre private pool with both walk in steps and ladder access is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace furnished with sunbeds, umbrellas and poolside shower. There is a covered terrace with table and chairs to seat 6. A barbecue is provided for outdoor dining in those warm summer months.
Villa Chrisanthi
The villa was absolutely fantastic and completely fulfilled all our expectations of a luxury family villa. The villa was exceptionally comfortable and was completely clean inside and out and fully stocked with everything you could need for a family break.We felt that the location of the villa was perfect with beautiful views of the sea and quiet coves within a couple of minutes walk and 2 of the best beaches in the area are within walking distance.Andreas was extremely helpful throughout our holiday and really couldn't do enough for us to ensure that we had an absolutely super holiday.

Any balance of payment is due not less than 2 months prior to arrival at your holiday property.

The first of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor, this is a twin bedded room with adjacent shower room. Each of the first floor bedrooms features en-suite facilities and a private balcony. The master double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and large private balcony overlooking the swimming pool with Views of Coralia Beach, whilst the twin bedroom has an en-suite shower room and a private balcony that overlooks the front of the villa, Coralia Beach and the Pegia mountains. |

recommended The Villa is within walking distance from the public beaches of Coralia beach (Approximately 900m from ) and 1.5 Km from Coral Bay. A 200m walk without crossing any roads takes you to the coast line that is ideal for private swimming scuba diving or snorkelling. Note this is not a sandy beach but consists of smooth stone so it is not ideal for children. |

Excellent 5 star villa
we stayed at number 5 villa in november for one month weather warm and sunny ,within walking disance to coral bay sea and beach .the villa was well equipped and moden with sky tv and six film channels .andreas made us very welcome ,we had a lovely holiday and have booked for next year .
Excellent Value
We had a great 7 days at villa Anastaisa. On arrival we received some special treats from our host Andreas, very nice touch. The villa is spacious and has all the amenities you would expect. The one thing that I missed was regular servicing of the villa. Other than that its a great place to stay with great beaches and shops all within walking distance. There is a great tavern, Yailos tavern, about 1.5km down the road right next to the ocean. We hope to go back there in the near future.
Great villa and great hospitality
The Villa we stayed in was fantastic and perfect for our family. Andreas was extremley helpful in making our stay very comfortable and making sure we had everything we needed. The finishings in the villa were to a very high standard and our girls loved the pool and especially all the pool toys that we could borrow at the Villa.
The Villa is in walking distance to the smaller, less commercialised beach in Coral bay and the sea was perfectly safe for the girls too. Coral Bay itself like a lot of Cyprus has lots of developments, some of which aren't finished. There are however lots of restaurants and facilities and with the great weather and great accommodation we had a lovely holiday. I would definitely recommend the villa.
Excellent Eleni
The villa is situated in a quiet cul de sac, in open countryside but a perfect position to take advantage of local amenities if required. The rooms are excellent and clean. The villa is well equiped to a high standard. The outside area was perfect with well placed bbq and a well maintained, spotlessly clean pool. Andreas was an excellent host who kept in the background and was friendly & helpful. A base for a very successful holiday. Will book again next year if possible.
Beautiful Villa, perfect holiday
We stayed in Vliia Anastasia for 2 weeks Aug / Sept 2010. The villa itself was just what we were looking for in a relaxing holiday it was well equiped and very clean. The terraced area gave welcome shade from the sun whilst the open area was perfect for the sun lovers (me!) Our 6 year old daughter loved the swimming pool. It was in a lovely quite location but within easy reach of the local amenties and the free bus stops. It was also just a short stroll to watch the beautiful sun set. A visit to Seriani restaurant in Coral Bay is a must - you will not want to eat anywhere else! Emma, Greg, Brooke and Grandma !
Tranquility and Peace
My wife and I spent 6 nights in Villa Christopher. The location, accommodation and facilities were excellent. Although we hired a car, we spent a considerable time walking from/to the villa to all the local attractions. In the digital realtime world we live in, it was exhilarating to just "go-with-the-flow" and stroll around without having to worry about drinking and driving and having to be anywhere on time. Watching the sun go down form the top floor balcony was simply awesome
In a nutshell if you want to chillax this is the place to stay.
Awesome
We decided on Villa Christopher to spend our Wedding and Honeymoon in, what an amazing place. The villa is very spacious and for the two of us we felt like we had moved up in the world. Andreas is extremly helpful and anything we wanted he was happy to hel us out. The air con was a god send as we experienced temp of 50c, the pool and terrace kept us chilled and we even had our 20 wedding guest over the night before the big day for a bbq and pool party. We all loved it...and the neighbours were fab. The welcome pack was greatly recieved and i must if you want a cuppa after your flight. We had a magical time in Coral Bay and we will never forgot our Wedding/honeymoon. We hired a little buggy to get around but its not realy needed. Resturants are about 20 mins away, but the big supermarket Phillapo and city supermarket is about 40 mins walk. The supermarkets are realy expensive, but eating out wasnt too bad. We wentinto Paphos for 1 euro straight from Coral Bay and took arond 40 mins. Worth a visit to the harbour, but watch out they try and fight for your custom in the resturants. The only negative thing was the smear marks on chrome, glass and tiles and dust on tv and units etc.Thanks for an amazing 10 day Andreas and his family.
Relaxing peacefull and would reccomend to anyone
first time in cyprus for 17 years and still very relaxing we have 3 children and they had a lovely time. the food was very good with lots of choice within a 5 min drive a car would be recommended as there is lots to see and do in the surrounding area the villa was quiet and is well equipped for ourselves and our needs. Andreas is very helpfull and is close if you need him. food in the local area both at resteraunts and the supermarkets seem very expensive. The beaches are clean and very accessable.
We Love Cyprus-fantastic location-away from it all
booked villa direct and had extremely good communciation with the owner (Andreas) before our arrival, who provided good instructions to find them.
Met on arrival by Andreas, who is extremely friendly and helpful, as is his wife too. Lovely to arrive to find milk, cheese, cereal, butter, eggs, bacon, tea, coffee, biscuits etc, just what is needed after flying.
These villas are a group of 6 at the end of a track, away from it all, but close enough to ameneties when you need them and easy to find. Short walk to a rocky beach.
Stayed in Anastasia, very clean, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa, very spacious with enough room for grumpy teenagers to have their own space when needed. Great pool kept 14 and 12 year old amused, especially the pool rings etc that had been left, good seating and shade outside. Lovely sofa area inside and well equipped kitchen, lots of plates, cups etc.
Coral Bay few minutes drive away, with lots of lovely restaurants, our favs, Coral King, Tex Mex, Italian, also Paphos not far with lots more lovely restaurants on offer. Take a trip out to the Akamas area, Lara beach was a hit with the children, take an umbrella as no shade. This is our 6th visit to Cyprus we love it and will certainly return again very soon.
Absolutely amazing! Loved every minute of our stay
We stayed at number 4 Sea Point Villas in Paphos Cyprus and it was beautiful.
We booked through Sundance Villas through a lady called Irene who couldn't of helped us more. Irene even sent me a brochure with post it notes of where to eat and visit.
Andreas the Villa owner was also very helpful. He lives in one of the Villa's so is always on hand if you need anything.
The Villa itself was lovely and was just like home from home with water you could drink from a filter so you didn't have to go and buy bottles of water and then carry them home in the heat, he had english plugs installed so you didn't have to worry about adaptors. He really has thought of everything.
On arrival they had left us a few bits like milk, cereal, fruit, tea bags and coffee which was very welcomed when we didn't get in until 3am after a delayed flight.
We will definately be going again and asking to stay in this villa hopefully in October.
The only downside was Easy Jet. Delays were awful and I would never fly with them again.
