Description
Villa Carob Shade has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6. This lovely stone villa on the exclusive development of Lithos Village is set into the hillside, high above Coral Bay with views of the countryside and the sea. The villa has a charming enclosed pool and well-maintained gardens with the bonus of an outdoor heated hot tub. It only takes 3 minutes to drive to the beach and 12 kilometres to a golf course. There are shops, bars and restaurants within a couple of kilometres.
The main ground-floor space opens out with double doors onto the pool-garden, shaded by Carob trees. There's a long lounge, a kitchen-diner, and two en-suite bedrooms - a twin room and a double with a four-poster bed and doors onto the terrace. The first-floor is a master double, also with a four-poster bed and a balcony with lovely views across the surrounding countryside and down to the sea. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned. There's also satellite TV, a DVD/CD stereo, a PlayStation 2 and FREE wireless internet access.
The pool-garden is a really soothing and very private with sun-loungers and a shady covered terrace with a barbecue.
The terrace and pool can be floodlit at night – a very romantic place to unwind and chill. To add is the gorgeous outdoor heated hot-tub.
A short drive to Coral Bay is a long sandy beach, restaurants, cafes and shops. Also, the busy traditional village of Pegeia is a few minutes drive with more sandy beaches, shops in the village square, family activities and water sports.
