Just 5 minutes flat walk to the beautiful blue flag safe sandy Corallia Coral Bay beach, this contemporary stylish villa, furnished in 2010, features modern new furniture, stunning artwork, large mirrors and marble sink units in the bathrooms. The tasteful fully equipped kitchen has top of the range stainless steel appliances and star galaxy granite worktop. Outdoor areas provide lots of shaded areas in the summer but sunny in the winter when the sun is lower. The villa is air conditioned throughout.

Rear garden offers a superb cool outdoor breakfast area, and terrace overlooking the pool offers welcome shade during the afternoon for barbeque parties using the excellent tiled BBQ area. The outdoor shower has attractive mosaic tiling, and is sheltered from the wind. It features an overhead rain shower or if you prefer to keep your hair dry you can use the flexible shower for your feet. The gated pretty mature garden with trees and grass includes a covered parking area, very handy during the hot summer months

Your solar heated pool uses latest technology, and the quality panels are highly efficient, offering comfortable swimming temperatures from mid-March to mid-November at no extra charge!!! Highly recommended for those with back problems or young children who require warmer water. Hot Press! 23 March 2010 pool has reached a warm 28 degrees.

Paphos Town and bars and restaurants at Tombs of the Kings are a short drive, and Paphos Airport transfer time is 35 minutes. If you wish to take a break from driving there is a regular bus to Paphos.

Built in tiled BBQ area, with worktops, lights, socket, sink and drinking water supply. 6 sunloungers. 2 dining tables with 10 chairs. Pool and poolside can be illuminated at night.

Other information

Air conditioning hot & cold (5 units, bedrooms lounge and kitchen diner) is included in rates throughout all year. Two cots, highchairs and toy box available on request. As 2 bedrooms and bathroom are on the ground floor which is all level, pool entry is via steps not ladder, and the surrounding area is flat, the villa may be suitable for persons with limited mobility. Entry steps 3cm to 5cm high. Ramp can be provided. Nett width of doors less than 85cm.

Villa Athena sleeps 6 people, plus 2 additional persons on request free of charge. Hotel-grade quality camp beds will be provided on request. One can fit in master bedroom upstairs, the other in lounge.

You may occupy the villa from 3pm.

Vacate by 11am.

Car Hire recommended but not essential. Bus to Paphos 1 Euro.

6 seater Taxi from Paphos Airport €55 approx.

We can arrange for a friendly face to meet you at Paphos Airport with Car Hire or a taxi. Pay there.
