The villa has a private swimming pool backing onto retention pond. Air-conditioning and wi-fi are provided. TVs are included in the living room and both double bedrooms. Washing machine and tumble dryer are provided in the garage.
The property is in a quiet area just off Highway 27, in a very convenient location. It is close to supermarkets such as Wal-Mart (1 mile). It is also near Highway 192 (1 and 1/2 miles), golf courses (several, close by), restaurants, Posner Park Shopping (10 minutes), JC Penney's, Target, Dick's Sporting Goods, Belk, Best Buy, etc. Fast food outlets such as McDonalds, Wendy's, KFC, Long John Silver's, Burger King, Pizza, Chinese, etc. are also nearby. Disneyworld Parks is only 10 minutes away.
The property has good privacy, as end house that backs onto retention pond. The beach is only 1 hour drive. Several water parks are between 10 minute and 30 minute drive.
Car hire is recommended. The villa is approximately 30 miles from the airport. Other distances include Disney Parks with 10 minutes drive, Highway 192 with 5 minutes drive, and Downtown Orlando just 30 minutes away. Post office is just a 1/2 mile away.
