A luxurious two- storey, four bedroom villa overlooking a quiet conservation area has its own stunning private pool and spa. Supermarkets and restaurants are all on the doorsteps! It has a fully functional kitchen for a great dining experience. A lounge is located at the front of the property and a family room at the back with TV, video/DVD player and PlayStation 2. Cable TV, Internet and free phone calls are provided. A game room seated in the garage is with pool table, table football and air hockey. There is a master bedroom, a queen bedroom and two twin rooms all with TVs which can accommodate up to ten occupants. Bath towels, pool towels and linen are included in the price of your stay. Air-conditioning and heating is well provided. In addition, the stunning private pool and spa is with safety fence; suited for children. Sunbeds and pool furniture are made available for comfort.
The east and west coast of Florida is accessible easily by car within an hour. There are also numerous gold courses in the local area. Orlando airport is approximately half an hour by car while Sanford airport is about an hour.
All Disney parks can be reached within approximately twenty minutes. Universal Islands of Adventures, Seaworld, Discovery Cove and Aquatica can be reached within thirty minutes. The Busch Gardens in Tampa is just an hour drive away.
Every amenity is easily accessible from this home. Supermarkets, post office, banks, restaurants and take aways are within walking distance. There is also a medical centre five minutes drive away.
